2024 Training Camp for specialized Youth Union and Association officials of Bac Ninh province opens

Attending the event were leaders of departments, branches and sectors; representatives of the district, town, city Youth Unions and affiliated Youth Unions, along with 127 specialized Youth Union officials from communes, wards and townships in the province.

The training camp is held annually to improve theoretical knowledge and train skills and professional skills of the Youth Union and Association; to foster the ability to design, organize, and attract young people to participate in Youth Union activities for specialized Youth Union and Association officials, thereby, improving the quality of the youth movement and deepening the movement. This is also an opportunity for trainees to meet, exchange and share experiences, contributing to improving the quality of Youth Union and Association work in each locality and base.

During the period from September 30 to October 4, specialized Youth Union officials were trained by reporters on the following topics: Protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views and security in cyberspace; Youth Union building skills and grassroots Youth Union cadre work; youth work skills, working with children skills; communication skills, behavior, and situation handling skills of Youth Union and Association officials; planning skills, organizing competitions, youth forums, and volunteer activities.

In addition, they are also instructed in collective activities, game management, cheerleading, team building, big games, campfires; communication skills, interaction on cyberspace, handling media crises for movement activities of the Youth Union, Association, Team and some basic skills in taking photos, filming, editing videos, and writing news articles. At the same time, they participated in the Competition for excellent grassroots Youth Union Secretaries; training and propaganda on the National Target Program on new rural construction for youth union members in 2024...

At the end of the training camp, the Provincial Youth Union will award certificates to the specialized Youth Union and Team officials.
