Leaders of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces sign development cooperation program.

Speaking at the opening, Bac Giang Secretary Duong Van Thai said: Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces were re-established in 1997 after being separated from the former Ha Bac province. After more than 25 years of re-establishment, the two provinces have made positive progress, achieving many impressive and comprehensive results in all fields.

Through the Conference, it is an opportunity for the key leaders of the two provinces to re-evaluate the results of cooperation between the two localities in the past time, thereby discussing and agreeing on the contents of promoting cooperation in the coming time.

Discussing at the conference, the participants focused on evaluating cooperation results in the fields of economy, culture - society, ensuring security - defense, organization - building the Party and government as well as participated in contributing solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of cooperation between the two provinces in 2023 and the following years.

At the Conference, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Provincial Party Standing Committee of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces on the implementation of measures for coordination and development cooperation between the two provinces of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh. Bac Ninh in the period of 2023-2025 and the following years.

Speaking at the conference, Bac Ninh Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan sincerely thanked Bac Giang for the cooperation and sharing for Bac Ninh province over the years. At the same time, he affirmed that the development cooperation program between the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang will create a new breakthrough in the socio-economic development of the two provinces and regional linkages, actively contribute to the general development of the region and the whole country.
