Bac Ninh FDI Businesses Dialogue

Participants at the conference were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Dao Hong Lan; Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huong Giang; Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary Lan emphasized that in 2021, given the complicated situation of the Covid-19 outbreak, Bac Ninh successfully implemented "dual goals” as well as the Covid-19 vaccination for people and workers in industrial zones.

She again affirmed the motto “Bac Ninh always accompanies businesses, the success of businesses is the success of the province, the difficulties of businesses are also the difficulties of the province”. She further informed that this dialogue conference was a way of in-person communication, where authorities at all levels of the province listened to and grasped businesses’ questions and requests, then proposed solutions for the improvement of business investment environment. As such, Bac Ninh province is committed to solving obstacles with the most active and responsible spirit of cooperation.

During the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, sectors and localities answered questions, recommendations and proposals of businesses on issues related to industrial park infrastructure, environment, traffic and lighting systems on some roads, etc.

Concluding the conference, Chairwoman Giang requested state management agencies to strengthen communication of the province's support policies to each business; speed up the implementation of digital transformation programs to facilitate the businesses’ settlement of the administrative procedures, and to develop new business models.

She asked the departments, sectors and localities to create all favorable conditions for businesses, while on the other hand, strictly handling any public servants who causes harassments or troubles to the businesses.

The businesses continued taking measures for the COVID-19 contro to ensure production and business activities; strictly abided by the provisions of the law as well as actively joined hands in local social security activities, Giang added.

On this occasion, 24 FDI enterprises with typical achievements in 2021 were awarded the Certificates of Merit from the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee.
