Bac Ninh implements Month of Action on labor safety and hygiene in 2024

The purpose of the plan is to create a peak in communication activities, raise awareness and compliance with laws on labor safety and hygiene, and promote specific action programs as well as deploy the theme of the Action Month on labor safety and hygiene.

Action Month on labor safety and hygiene in 2024 has the theme: "Strengthening labor safety and hygiene in the workplace and in the supply chain." In particular, the plan aims to develop and publish propaganda materials on the themes and activities of the Month of Action; innovate and diversify the forms and contents of propaganda work in a simple, easy-to-remember, easy-to-understand direction, creating a profound propaganda effect in the community; strictly handle businesses, establishments, organizations, and individuals that violate the law on OSH and publicize it in the mass media; honor union members and workers who have initiatives, overcome difficulties, and develop on the occasion of the 138th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1) and 13 years of Workers' Month…

For enterprises, production, and business establishments strengthen the development of specific action programs at enterprises and in the supply chain and organize implementation; review and evaluate labor safety and hygiene hazards and risks for equipment, machinery, materials, and substances; propose measures to overcome and eliminate hazards and risks; launch emulation movements and signing emulation contracts to ensure labor safety and hygiene in workshops, groups, and teams; organize meetings to praise and express gratitude to workers who have many initiatives, contribute to improving labor productivity, and stick with businesses and trade unions.
