Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh visits and presents gifts to policy beneficiaries in Bac Ninh city
(BNP) – Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh on July 22nd visited and presented gift to policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27th, 1947 – 2017) in Bac Ninh city.
Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh offered gifts to Vietnam heroic mother Nguyen Thi Ban.
Also joining the Delegation were Secretary of Bac Ninh City Party Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan along with leaders of departments, sectors and Bac Ninh City People’s Committee.
Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh visited and offered gifts to Vietnam heroic mother Nguyen Thi Ban (Dau Han hamlet, Hoa Long commune) who is mother of two martyrs; Mr. Ho Quang Tien (Vu Ninh ward) was infected with chemical toxic on the ratio of 81%; Mr. Nguyen Van Giai (Kinh Bac ward) is a war invalids being reduced working ability from 61 to 80%.
He expressed deep gratitude to great contribution of Vietnam heroic mother in the fighting for national liberation and unification and hoped that families continue promoting traditional revolution, overcome difficulties live healthy, being an example for posterity to follow.

The Chairman urged leaders of Bac Ninh City People’s Committee and local authorities to take care of material life as well as spirit for policy beneficiaries in the city.
Until now, there were 3,500 policy beneficiaries, 03 Vietnam heroic mothers, 1,349 wounded soldiers, 1,872 martyrs' families, 272 people infected with toxic chemicals.
