Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan resolves problems of Company specializing in manufacturing and assembling semiconductor equipment
(BNP) - On February 17, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and worked with Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd., Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Yen Phong district.

Starting construction in November 2023, Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a 100% Chinese-owned enterprise) specializes in manufacturing and assembling semiconductor devices, including photovoltaic products, surface mount products and low-level signal products with an area of about 8 hectares and a total investment of 90 million USD. Up to now, the factory has conducted phase 1 trial production and put into stable production, creating jobs for 165 workers. Phase 2 is expected to start construction in 2026 and be put into trial operation in the fourth quarter of 2027.
At the meeting, the Company's leaders expressed their gratitude to the provincial leaders, departments, branches, and areas for their attention and favorable conditions in the past. At the same time, they requested that the competent authorities guide the procedures for renovating the fire prevention and fighting functional area in accordance with production conditions; develop a plan to ensure a stable power supply; and establish procedures for applying for work permits for foreigners working at the Company...

Concluding the meeting, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the Company's sense of responsibility in actively implementing the early operation of the Factory and the Company's development plan in the coming time.

Regarding the recommendations, the Chairman requested that the Company proactively complete the fire prevention and fighting documents in accordance with regulations; the Provincial Public Security directed the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department to continue to pay attention, guide, and provide maximum support to the Company.
He requested that the Company aggressively post recruitment information in compliance with Vietnamese legislation; the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs continues to coordinate and guide the Company in carrying out procedures for accepting foreign technical workers to work in the province.

Besides, the Chairman assigned Bac Ninh Power Company to guide the Company in implementing the next steps, ensuring power supply for production in the coming period; the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority shall act as the focal point to receive information and resolve recommendations from investors in the province.

The Chairman also requested Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd. to speed up the implementation of phase 2 to start construction this year; create conditions for piloting the rooftop solar power model at the Company to serve the Green Energy and Clean Energy Conversion Project in the province; establish a Training Center, transfer techniques and technology at the Company to increase the use of local labor in management and high-tech positions.
