Cooperation MoU between the Provincial People's Committee and Daegu city (Korea) signed

(BNP) - In the afternoon of February 22nd, the Provincial People's Committee and the government of Daegu city (Korea) held a signing ceremony of cooperation MoU to promote exchanges in various fields of culture, sports, tourism, health, environment, investment, education, textiles, smart city construction, and technology transfer.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong and Mr. Lee Seung Ho, Vice Mayor of Daegu city Government signed a cooperation agreement.

Attending the signing ceremony were: Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Lee Seung Ho, Vice Mayor of Daegu city; leaders of relevant departments of the province.

At the signing ceremony, the Provincial People's Committee and the Daegu city Government agreed to set up friendly and cooperative relations, create mechanisms to implement within the respective powers based on mutual respect, equal benefits and compliance with the Laws of Vietnam and Korea, international treaties, agreement documents that the two countries are members. At the same time, the MoU shows maintaining periodic high-level meetings to promote and consider the implementation of the agreement and discuss measures to resolve difficulties and problems that may occur; promote exchanges and cooperation in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, health, environment, investment, education, textiles, smart city construction, and technology transfer,…

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong emphasized that the signing of the cooperation agreement marks the development of the relationship between Bac Ninh province and Daegu city, where is the home of Samsung Group, to a new height. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that the two sides would have many programs to study and exchange practical experiences in fields to effectively implement contents of the cooperation agreement.
