II. Position and functions

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bacninh province which is the stabilized agency of the People’s Committee has the function to help the People’s Committee of the province to control the culture, the family, the sport, tourism and advertisement (apart from the advertisement of the press, the computer) in the local, the services of the department of tourism, sport and culture and carry out the duties and authorities according to the commission of the People’s Committee and the regulations of law.

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has status, seal and own account, under the management about the organization, workforce and activity of the provincial People’s Committee and under the guidance and inspection about the professional degree of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

III. Duties And powers

Duties and powers of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism are specified in Decision No. 06/2016/QD-UBND dated March 11, 2016 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province on promulgating the Regulation on functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
