Bac Ninh organizes educational activities and experience at Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk theater for students

(BNP) - In Document No. 1201/UBND -KGVX, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee agreed to pilot the policy of organizing educational activities and experience at the Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk theater for students inside and outside the province.


Performing and introducing the culture of the Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs on the theater’s stage.

Accordingly, the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Theater and Bac Trung Nam Tourist and Transport Joint Stock Company jointly pilot educational activities and experience at the theater for students. The main activities include: performing and introducing the Bac Ninh folk song culture on the theater’s stage; introducing architecture of the theater project, the display area of ​​the theater hall; experience in learning singing, wearing the Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk costumes and betel nut culture; learn and experience some traditional occupations (making Dong Ho folk paintings, molding, making cakes ...); join folk games.

The space and venue for the activities are in the stage, outside the hall and the area of ​​Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Theater.

The peak implementation time in March, April, October, November and December every year. The pilot organization is in the period of 2025 - 2027.

The organization of educational and experiential activities at the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Theater for students aims to promote the value of the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Theater, a typical cultural work of the province, with unique architecture, creating a special performance space for those who love Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs in particular and becoming a cultural-tourist “meeting place”, increasingly attracting a large number of tourists and the public to enjoy and together create, preserve and promote the value of the Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs as well as the typical type of intangible cultural heritage of Bac Ninh province.
