Hanoi Law University is implementing the construction of its second campus in Dong Nguyen Ward, Tu Son City with a total investment of nearly 1.8 trillion VND, of which 70% is from the state budget, 15% is from the school's accumulated capital, and 15% is from other sources. The school is built on a modern land area of ​​279,000 m2, of which the floor area is more than 93,000 m2. When completed, it will be able to meet the learning needs of nearly 11,000 students. During the construction process, the school received attention from the Government, the Ministry of Justice and Bac Ninh province, so the project was basically implemented according to schedule.

The leaders of Hanoi Law University hope that the government, the Ministry of Justice, and Bac Ninh province will guide the school in completing the documents and procedures related to the issuance of land ownership certificates for the project; and creating conditions to arrange sufficient capital for the project to be completed on time. After handing over the project's building materials, the school will be permitted to hold training at the second campus beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long recognized Hanoi Law University's efforts to achieve the goal of organizing training at its second campus beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. He highly appreciated the province's interest in accelerating the construction progress of the school's second campus in Dong Nguyen ward, Tu Son city. At the same time, he believed that with coordinated efforts, the school would be qualified to train students at the new campus beginning with the 2025-2026 school year.
