Doai Communal House - National cultural and artistic relic

(BNP) – Doai Communal House was built around the 16th century. This used to be the communal house of Mao Dien Doai village, now according to the boundary division of the hamlets, the communal house is now located in the territory of Bang, Ca, Dinh, and Man hamlets (Mao Dien commune, Thuan Thanh district).

Dinh Doai worships 3 tutelary gods: Hong Chau Cu Si, Uy Minh Cu Si and Vu Chieu Cu Si.

The communal house has the architecture of Chinese “Dinh” letter, consists of 7 compartments and 2 lean-tons, architectural style 4 curved blades.

Every year on March 15, people hold a village festival according to traditional rituals.

The relic has been classified as a national cultural and art relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 302/QD-BVHTTDL, dated January 22, 2009.
