Each Quan Ho village participated in a program that includes: one performance of old Quan Ho singing without accompaniment, singing by duet (male or female duo), one solo performance, and one collective singing performance. The content consists of songs with new lyrics based on Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk melodies; songs with Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk melodies with content glorifying the Party, loving Uncle Ho; and achievements in the cause of building, innovating, and growing the nation.
The festival lasted for 1 day. At the end of the festival, the organizing committee awarded A, B, and C prizes to performances in each category.
