From April 1, conduct an investigation all types of businesses

(BNP) – From April 1 to May 30, 2020, Provincial Statistics Office will conduct an investigation all types of businesses in the province.

Types of businesses will be investigated starting on April 1st.

The survey aims to collect basic information for management, policy making, socio-economic development plan, national and local enterprise development, investors, and businesses and cooperatives; Summary and compilation of indicators in the National Statistical Indicator System, indicators in the annual official report of the Statistics branch; Summary and compilation of publication "Vietnam Business White Book 2021"; Assess the situation of technology application in enterprises; Update the database of enterprises annually, set up a sample frame for annual statistical sampling surveys; Regular investigations and other statistical requirements.

A new feature of the enterprise survey this time is the method of data collection (replaced from paper form to online from), enterprises are given account and password to log in and provide information by themselves on the web-form (online questionnaire) on the Central Business Survey Website.

The scope of the survey includes businesses, cooperatives and facilities directly under the enterprise under the object of investigation in the province, operating in all sectors specified in the Vietnam's economy system (VSIC 2018).

For sectors O - activities of the Communist Party, socio-political organizations, State management, security and national defense; compulsory social security; Sector T - Activities of hired labor in households, production of material products and self-consumption services of households because the respondent did not arise in this sector, will not be covered by this investigation.
