Hoai Trung is one of the original 44 Quan Ho villages in Bac Ninh province. The Quan Ho Club of Hoai Trung village was founded in 1992 and now has 60 members who participate in regular activities every Thursday and Saturday, including 5 Quan Ho folk artists who were recognized by Bac Ninh province's People's Committee in 2022.

On January 20, 2022, the Hoai Trung Quan Ho Club opened its Quan Ho Gallery of the Past and Present. There are currently about 200 artifacts, household goods, and historic Quan Ho costumes ranging in age from 70, 80, and hundreds of years old, acquired from live human treasures and veteran Quan Ho artists in the region. In addition, the gallery collects and preserves many books on Quan Ho folk songs published from 1928 to the present; 18 handwritten notebooks with 1967 Quan Ho songs (many of which have been duplicated); 200 files of voice recordings, old songs, and unique songs of artists from the original Quan Ho village...

Over the last three years, the Quan Ho gallery has welcomed thousands of local and international visitors to learn about Quan Ho culture. The gallery's artifacts and documents actively and effectively support groups and individuals in learning about and conducting scientific research on heritage, such as the Bac Ninh Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Ethnological Museum, the Vietnam Encyclopedia of Lexicography Institute, and the National Library. This is also a venue where the Hoai Trung Quan Ho Club can collaborate with other Quan Ho clubs in the region to conduct training, restore ancient singing sessions, practice performing traditional Quan Ho rites and customs, and showcase Quan Ho vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine culture...

In addition, the Hoai Trung Quan Ho Club actively coordinated with agencies and units to participate in displaying and introducing artifacts and documents at many large-scale cultural and tourism events such as: Space for Convergence of the Quintessence of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Bac Lieu Province in 2022; Space "Journey of Colors of Intangible Cultural Heritage Representing Regions" at the Quan Ho Festival in 2023; the exhibition of the theme "Quan Ho Bac Ninh Folk Songs - Eternal and Spreading" at the Bac Ninh Museum in 2024...; provided information, documents and images to central and local press agencies for filming, making documentaries, television reports, building printed and electronic newspaper works on Quan Ho cultural heritage... thereby, contributing to the increasingly eternal and widespread Quan Ho Bac Ninh Folk Song heritage.
