National monument - Luong communal house
(BNP) – Luong communal house (Luong village, Tri Phuong commune) was built on a large scale in the year of Chinh Hoa 21 (1700). The communal house is a valuable architectural work from the 18th century with unique and artistically sophisticated architecture.

During the resistance war against the French, Luong village was the site of revolutionary activities of militia, guerrillas and Viet Minh. The communal house was also the place where the French colonialists used it as a garrison, the local revolutionary forces organized many times to fight the enemy. During the resistance war against the US, the communal house was the gathering place, witnessing many military exchanges full of heroic spirit.

In 2006, with the capital of socialization, local people re-paved the communal house's floor to prevent termites for the system of columns and diaphragms. In 2007, a screen in front of the communal house was made. In 2010, the gate of Nghi Mon was built.

The Luong communal house worships Nguyen Phi Ỷ Lan, a person full of virtuous talent, she is a person with political and military talents, who was once a source of encouragement for the king to defeat the Champa army in 1069.
In addition, the communal house also worships three brothers of Mr. Cao Gia: De Nhat, De Nhi, De Tam.
The village festival is held for 3 days from the 30th to the 2nd day of the second lunar month.

The communal house is a place to keep many historical events and memories of generations of people during the development process, and still preserves many valuable antiques.
The Luong communal house was recognized as a national architectural and artistic relic in Decision No. 34/VH-QD dated January 9, 1990.
