Temple of 05 doctors of Ngo family, Tam Giang commune, Yen Phong district
(BNP) - Located in the middle of Vong Nguyet village (Tam Giang commune, Yen Phong district), the temple of 05 doctors of the Ngo family was built by the Ngo family to commemorate the martyrs and famous scientists of the family. This is one of the famous families in the Kinh Bac region during the Le Dynasty because someone passed the university in 5 generations.

The temple of 05 doctors of the Ngo family was originally built in the Le Dynasty, renovated many times in the Nguyen Dynasty. In 1951, due to long-term damage, the family was rebuilt.

The temple consists of Tien Te (Front Ceremonial Hall) with an architecture of Chinese “Nhat” letter and Hau Cung (Emperor’s Harem) with an architecture of Chinese “Dinh” letter.

The building was built by the Ngo family to commemorate the ancestors, the maternal ancestors who were born and raised and the famous celebrities of the family. The declarant of the family is Ngo Ngoc (born in 1445) who is a professor of Vong village.
