Opening the exhibition on "Drinking water, think of its source"
(BNP) - On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Invalids’ and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - 2019), in the morning of July 24, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism opened the exhibition themed "Drinking water, think of its source" at the Provincial Museum.

With more than 300 images, documents, artifacts, the exhibition themed "Drinking water, think of its source" are displayed with 03 main topics: War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day; Go through the war and Drinking water, think of its source. The exhibition is to introduce the history and meaning of the War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day and the gratitude of the Party, the State and the province for war invalids, sick soldiers and martyrs' families and revolutionary contributors. Besides, it recreates the touching stories, examples of heroes, martyrs, wounded soldiers, Vietnamese Heroic Mother of the province in the process of building and defending the Fatherland, especially efforts of war invalids to overcome the difficulties to contribute and build the homeland of the country.
As planned, it will open from July 24 to August 31, 2019, deserving an opportunity to help the people, especially the younger generation, to better understand the War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day, thereby, educating the young generation about the love of the homeland and the tradition of "Drinking water to remember the source".
