Percentage of online business registration documents ranks 3rd nationwide
(BNP) - According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in August 2020, the province issued business registration certificates to 246 enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 4,340 billion; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 17.65 billion. Among which, the percentage of online business registration documents reached 99.24%, ranking 3rd in the country.

Generally in the first 8 months of this year, 1,598 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of more than VND 15,598 billion, with an increase of 4.3% in the number of enterprises and 1.94% in the registered capital compared with same period of 2019; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 9.8 billion.
On the other hand, the province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 483 subordinate units. 155 enterprises and 199 subordinate units were dissolved; 550 enterprises and 88 subordinate units were temporarily suspended operation; 310 enterprises and 41 subordinate units were operated again; 204 enterprises were transformed their operations.
Until now, there are 17,528 enterprises in operation with a total registered capital of over VND 281,343 billion; the average registered capital per enterprise is VND 16 billion. Among which, 526 private enterprises; 9,615 one member Company limited; 4,780 limited liability company with two or more members; 2,606 joint-stock companies and 01 partnership.
