Percentage of online business registration dossiers reaches 75.2%

(BNP) - According to report of Department of Planning and Investment, in March, the province granted business registration certificates to 219 enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 1,416 billion. The average registered capital of newly established enterprises reached VND 6.47 billion. In particular, the percentage of online business registration dossiers reached 75.2%.

Generally for the first 3 months, the province had 545 newly established enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 4,102 billion, up 19% in the number of enterprises. The average registered capital of newly established enterprise reached VND 7.53 billion.

The province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 153 affiliated units. 70 enterprises and 127 affiliated units were dissolved; 77 enterprises transformed their operation; 139 enterprises and 16 affiliated units were operated again.

 Until now, there are 16,569 enterprises in operation with a total registered capital of VND 248,354 billion; the average registered capital of newly established enterprise reached VND 14.99 billion Among which, 528 private enterprises; 9,003 one member Company limited; 4,598 limited liability company with two or more members; 2,440 joint-stock companies. Moreover, the province also granted operation certificates to 3,226 branches, representative offices, and business locations.

In addition, 600 enterprises and 77 affiliated units were temporarily suspended their business with a total registered capital of more than VND 3,476 billion.
