Provincial leader receives delegation of Laibin city (China)

(BNP) – In the afternoon of March 17th, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee received the delegation of Laibin city, Quang Tay province (China) led by Mr. Lo Trung, Vice Chairman of Standing Committee of People’s Delegates on the occasion of attending the event that Bac Ninh city is recognized as a Class I provincial city.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Bac Ninh city’s Party Committee, representatives of Bac Ninh city’s People's Committee, Provincial People's Committee Office.

At the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh highly appreciated the significance of the delegation’s visit to Bac Ninh province and briefed on the geographic location, history, culture, traditions, especially achievements that Bac Ninh province has achieved in the past years. The Chairman stressed, in spite of the country's smallest province, after 20 years of re-establishment, Bac Ninh has made a spectacular breakthrough, basically become a modern industrial province, with many socio-economic development targets in the top of the country. Particularly, the province not only well maintains political security, social order, but also has many innovations in building the Party, the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. Particularly, the development of Bac Ninh city, from Class III city in 2006, after 12 years, has become the Class I provincial city.

Bac Ninh is willing to be a friend, a reliable partner of the countries in the international community, the Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh addressed. He also believed that the delegation's visit will deepen the friendship and cooperation between the two provinces in particular and tow countries in general.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Lo Trung, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Delegates of Laibin city, expressed his sincere thanks for the warm welcome of the provincial leaders. Bac Ninh is known for a rapidly growing province, with many big economic incorporation in the world, Mr. Lo Trung hoped that the province would continue to be the ideal destination for Chinese investors in particular and world community in general. In the near future, Bac Ninh would be a smart, dynamic, modern, integrated, green and clean city.

Mr. Lo Trung affirmed, through his visit to Bac Ninh province, he looked forward to the future of cooperation between the two provinces of Bac Ninh - Guangxi. In the coming time, there will be many cultural exchanges, special economic development cooperation, contributing to the development of common prosperity of each country, at the same time, wished for the strong tie of the two provinces in particular, the two countries in general.
