Provincial leader Vuong Quoc Tuan inspects progress of traffic works

Joining the delegation were leaders of provincial departments and sectors, Bac Ninh city and Yen Phong district.

Tuan inspected and supervised locations including Xuan Ai cemetery and Ngu Huyen Khe bridge (Hoa Long ward, Bac Ninh city), some locations for the construction of route 285B in Yen Phong district. These are locations that are facing difficulties in the site clearance work of the investment project to build routes Provincial Road (PR) 295C and PR 285B connecting Bac Ninh city through industrial parks with the new National Highway 3; PR 277B connecting to Ha Bac 2 bridge and Ring Road 4.

Until now, the site clearance work through Bac Ninh city has basically been completed, with only a part of the residential land area and the relocation of graves in Hoa Long ward remaining. The site clearance of 12.89 hectares of rice land area in Yen Phong district has been completed, reaching 38%. Contractors have basically completed construction on locations that already have premises. The total disbursement value reached 30%.

Tuan requested that the investors urge, closely monitor, and prepare funds to pay when households agree to receive compensation and support.

*On the same day, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan inspected the Net bridge construction investment project, Yen Phong section - Tu Son city. The project started construction in 2020. After many extensions and adjustments to investment policies, the project is still behind schedule. Therefore, the investors continue to ask for an extension until the end of 2025 to be completed and put into use.

The contractors have completed construction of the temporary bridge, demolished old bridges, finished casting the beam slab and built the bridge deck from pier T1 to abutment M2 of 1/2 unit on the left side of the route. The implemented value is more than VND 27.7 billion, reaching 44.32% of the contract value.

Tuan requested that Yen Phong district approve the content and implementation plan in progress meetings, and report implementation progress weekly. From now until August 30, there must be a major turnaround in site clearance work, determining to hand over the premises seamlessly to the investors before October 30, 2024.
