Awarding 200 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances

(BNP) - On January 9, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education and Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. jointly organized a scholarship award ceremony for disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies in 2024.

Since 2009, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. has worked with the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education to award meaningful scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies. After 15 years, more than 2,900 scholarships totaling more than VND 3 billion as well as many artifacts and learning materials have been awarded. Until now, many students have had steady positions and have worked for the company, while others have attended universities and colleges.

In 2024, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. awarded 200 scholarships to students in the province, each worth VND 2 million and gifts with a total value of more than VND 500 million.
