Provincial leaders check progress of projects of high-tech domestic solid waste treatment for energy generation

Covering on an area of 8.7ha, the project of building high-tech domestic solid waste treatment for energy generation in An Thinh commune, Luong Tai district invested by EU-CONCH VENTURE Bac Ninh New Energy Co., Ltd. has budget of more than VND 847 billion with the waste treatment capacity of 300 tons/day and night, generating capacity of 6 MWh. Up to now, the following items have been basically completed. The company is concentrating human resources to complete the equipment assembly works, striving to put the Factory into trial operation by the end of July 2022.

Covering on an area of 4, 8ha, the high-tech domestic solid waste treatment for energy generation in Phu Lang commune, Que Vo district invested by Thang Long Energy Environment Joint Stock Company with a total budget of nearly VND 1,400 billion, the treatment capacity of 500 tons of domestic waste/day and night, generating capacity of 11.7 MWh. Up to now, the project has completed nearly 20% of the work volume. The Company strives to put the plant into official operation in October 2023.

Vice Chairman Khai urged the investors to speed up the construction progress. Departments and sectors regularly monitor and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the construction process so that the projects can be put into operation soon.

He asked EU-CONCH VENTURE Bac Ninh New Energy Co., Ltd. to complete the fire protection design document and sends it to the Police Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue (Ministry of Public Security) for appraisal and licensing before June 20, 2022.

Regarding the recommendations of Thang Long Energy Environment Joint Stock Company, the Vice Chairman agreed to increase the plant's capacity to 600 tons/day and add the function of industrial waste treatment. On the other hand, the Company works with Bac Ninh Power Company to construct a synchronous line from the 22kV transformer station of the Plant to connect to the National grid, Khai added.
