Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong works with Hai Duong province
(BNP) - At the headquarters of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong on May 5 worked with Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban on the project to build Kenh Vang bridge and the road leading to the two headbridges, connecting Bac Ninh and Hai Duong province (the project).

The first point of the project is connected with National Highway 17 in Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province and the end point was at National Highway 37 in Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province. The project covers on total length of 13.4km with a total investment of VND 1,480 billion (excluding the cost of site clearance in Hai Duong).
Up to now, the investor has selected the contractors, staked for site clearance, made construction drawing design and the cost estimate. It is expected to be completed and submitted to the Ministry of Transport for appraisal in June 2022.
At the meeting, leaders of the Departments, branches and localities of the two provinces discussed and clarified problems related to the disbursement and settlement of the site clearance in Hai Duong province.
Speaking at the meeting, Hai Duong’s Standing Vice Chairman Ban assigned the Hai Duong Department of Transport to work with the Bac Ninh Department of Transport to advise the minute of agreement for the construction investment plan to leaders of the two provinces.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman Phuong thanked to Hai Duong’s leader as well as the departments, branches and localities for promptly solving obstacles during project implementation.
He assigned the Bac Ninh Department of Transport to further work with the functional agencies of Hai Duong province to expeditiously complete the procedures for the project to start construction as soon as possible.
