Secretary Dao Hong Lan attends tree-planting ceremony in Bac Ninh city

Participants at the event were Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan; Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee Ta Dang Doan; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Hanh Chung; Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Tran Thi Van.

In 2021, the city planted nearly 30,000 trees, bringing the total number of trees in the area to over 110,000 trees, thereby contributing to promoting green tree development, reducing environmental pollution, and improving the criteria towards a modern, civilized and sustainable green city.

In 2022, the city strives to plant 30,000 trees in order to continue promoting the tree planting movement, bringing great benefits in many aspects in socio-economic development, so as to keep the air fresh as well as improve the living environment of the people.

The leader of Bac Ninh city urged the authorities, mass organizations, schools and people to effectively organize the implementation of the tree planting festival in their localities and units as well as call on cadres, civil servants, public employees and people to join hands to protect and take care of trees, contributing to the construction of a civilized urban city.

Secretary Lan and the leaders planted trees at the campus and visited the Provincial Quan Ho Folk Song Theater.
