In particular, the province has invested comprehensively in technical infrastructure, modernized industrial zones, attracted big enterprises such as Samsung, Canon, Foxconn,... Furthermore, Bac Ninh has also fostered investment promotion activities, administrative reform, creating an open business investment climate and high competitiveness,... These actions have made the provincial economy a variety of targets in the top of the whole country, contributing to the overall development of the province.

In his opening remarks, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hailed the event as being of special importance in the context of fluctuations in both the domestic and international situations, emphasizing that international integration is a big and consistent policy of the Party and State and concretized appropriately for each development stage of the country.

In the coming time, PM Phuc proposed the National Committee on International Integration, provinces and cities to concentrate on monitoring the international and domestic situation to have timely and appropriate solutions, maintaining social and political stability, resolutely protecting sovereignty, attaching importance to preserving and promoting the national cultural identity.

For the side of Bac Ninh, the Party Secretary Nguyen Nhan Chien asked departments, localities to go on fruitfully carrying out the Resolution 22-NQ/TW of the Politburo, Resolution 49/NQ-CP of the Government and other documents on international integration. Meanwhile, it is needed to promote propaganda to raise awareness for officials, party members and people on integration in a comprehensive and extensive manner, which is to maximize all sources and enhance the synergy on all fields.

Besides, Bac Ninh should boost administrative reform, improve the business investment climate, attract foreign investment, solve difficulties and create favorable conditions for enterprises’ production, thereby, developing the economy, contributing to making Bac Ninh a centrally-run city by 2022./.
