The High Command of Army Corps 2 extends Tet greetings to the Provincial People's Committee

(BNP) - In the morning of January 23rd, the delegation of the High Command of Army Corps 2, led by Major General Nguyen Trong Trien, Political Commissar of the Corps, visited and extended Tet greetings to the Provincial People's Committee. Receiving the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Tien Nhuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On behalf of staff and soldiers of the High Command of Army Corps 2, Major General Nguyen Trong Trien extended his greetings to the leaders and people of Bac Ninh province with a healthy and prosperous new year filled with the socio-economic development, maintaining political stability, security - defense. In addition, the Political Commissar of the Corps also hoped the province continues to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for military units stationed in the province to complete the assigned political tasks.

Expressing the deep gratitude to Army Corps 2 for their warm Tet greetings, the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tien Nhuong briefed the delegation on socio-economic development achievements over the past year with most of the targets achieved and exceeded the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

These results are thanks to the efforts of the whole Party, authority and people in the province, especially the very great contribution of staff and soldiers of the High Command of Army Corps 2, military units located in the province, the Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh affirmed.

Bac Ninh’s leader wished that, in the coming time, Major General Nguyen Trong Trien would be a bridge to tighten the close solidarity and coordination between the province and the Army Corps 2 to successfully implement the set tasks, striving to build Bac Ninh province into a centrally-run city by 2022./.
