Transportation revenue reaches more than VND 1,800 billion in the first quarter
(BNP) - In the first quarter, the volume of passengers was estimated at 8.506 thousand, up 14.3% over the same period last year; The volume of circulation reaches 400.6 million turns of passenger.km, an increase of 15%.

Regarding transporting goods, transport volume in the first quarter was estimated at 9,954 thousand tons, up 10.9% over the same period last year; rotation volume reached 479 million tons.km, an increase of 9.9% over the same period.
Due to increasing transport volume and warehousing activities continue to be expanded in both scale and volume of loading and unloading goods, revenue from warehousing transport has increased significantly. Total revenue in the first quarter was roughly calculated at VND 1,852.2 billion, up 11.1% year-on-year; especially passenger transport revenue reached VND 493.6 billion and increased by 17.5%; freight transport revenue obtained 721.3 billion, up 10.5%.
