Vocational training to 3,000 laborers in 2018
(BNP) - It is one of the targets in Plan No.92/KH-UBND, signed and issued by Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong, to carry out basic vocational training, under-3-month training in the province in 2018.

Vocational training contributes to resolving the job and raise workers’ income
In the plan, 3,100 workers will be trained at the basic and under-3-month level. The subjects are women, rural laborers, the disabilities, beneficiaries of preferential policies, the poor, people who have contributed to the revolution, or whose households’ agricultural land are drawn, female laborers who have lost their jobs, prisoners who have completed their imprisonment sentences; the youngers who fulfilled the military service, or the task of implementing the socio-economic development program and project.
Clusters of vocational training consist of agriculture (cultivation, breeding and the others), non-agriculture (technique, service and the others)
In terms of training costs, the disabilities are supported up to a maximum of VND 6 million/person/course. Those who are entitled to preferential policies because of contribution to the revolution, the poor, or whose households’ agricultural land are drawn, women laborers who lose their jobs shall be supported a maximum of VND 3 million/person/course; and the allowance for women and rural laborers are 2 million VND/person/course.
Regarding to the food allowance and travel allowance if training location is 15 km or above away from the inhabitance are VND 30,000/person/day; VND 200,000/person/course in turn. Particularly, for the disabilities, travel allowance is VND 300,000/person/course if the training location is 5 km or more away from the inhabitance.
The Plan is to provide vocational knowledge, skills and business manners to participants so that they can apply technical sciences in production, contributing to leading to an increase of labor productivity and laborers’ income, resolving employment, improving step by step their living standard, meeting the requirement of socio-economic development of the province.
