02 artists honored as typical artists in 2024

Among the 34 artists and actors honored as outstanding artists in 2024, Bac Ninh has 02 artists: Merited Artist Luong Trung Kien, Deputy Director of Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater and artist Nguyen Huu Duy, Deputy Head of Art Group 2, Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater. These are excellent artists and actors who won Gold Medals and First Prizes at national professional art festivals organized by the Department of Performing Arts in coordination with the Vietnam Musicians’ Association, the Vietnam Dance Artists’ Association, the Vietnam Stage Artists’ Association and related units in 2024, including: National Drama Festival, International Dance Festival; National Music and Dance Festival; National Cai Luong Festival.

The program aims to honor the talent and dedication as well as encourage and promote the role of artists – “steadfast revolutionary soldiers on the Party’s ideological and cultural front”.
