2024 Bac Ninh Provincial Tennis Championship opens

The organizing committee awards souvenir flags to the participating units.

This year’s tournament attracted more than 100 athletes of 18 teams from departments, branches, sectors, districts, towns, cities and businesses and units located in the province. Men's singles were divided into four age groups (from 15 to 50 years old), women's singles from 18 years old and up, men's doubles into five age groups (from 15 to over 51 years old), women's doubles from 18 years old and up, and mixed doubles regardless of age group.

The tournament is a practical activity to promote the campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" in Bac Ninh province for the period 2021-2030; encourage the people to participate in physical exercise and sports to improve health for study, work, labor and national defense; promote the widespread development of tennis practice movement in the province; create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people. At the same time, it also creates conditions for learning to improve the level of organization, training and competition for cadres, coaches, athletes as well as organizing the development of the sports movement at the grassroots level.

According to the plan, the 2024 Bac Ninh Provincial Tennis Championship will take place in 3 days from November 16 to 18, 2024.
