20th Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress closes

The Congress voted to approve the Resolution of the 20^th Provincial Party Congress.

With sense of responsibility and high consensus, Congress approved of the resolutions with main targets on socio-economic development, security and defense, construction of Party, government, the Fatherland Front and political mass organizations. Specially, annual GRDP growth rate is set at 7-8% per year in the period 2021-2025; the economic structure by 2025 will be shifted towards the proportion of 74.0%, for industry and construction; 19.5%, for service; 4.2% for product tax, 2.3% for agriculture, forestry and fishery; average GRDP per capita is set at USD 7,800 - 8,200; per capita income at VND 30-136 million; export turnover at USD 37.7 billion, import turnover at USD 33.2 billion USD; urban unemployment reduces to 1.3%; rate of trained workers increases to 80%; the poverty rate is less than 1% ...…

Delivering at the Congress, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Dao Hong Lan asked Party committees and organizations at levels to focus on studying, grasping thoroughly and propagating fully the Congress’s resolutions to each official, party member and strata of people in the province.

The Secretary called for the continued promotion of the glorious tradition of the Party, the nation, the cultural and revolutionary tradition as well as the cultural identity of Bac Ninh – Kinh Bac homeland, especially the solidarity and aspirations for developing the homeland, so as to take opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, speed up patriotic emulation movements in various fields as well as make achievements to celebrate the 13^th National Communist Party Congress, thus striving to successfully completing the goals set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and making Bac Ninh basically a centrally-run city in the direction of civilization and modernization as a result.
