34 individuals is proposed to award titles of "People's Artist", "Artist of Excellence"
(BNP) - Provincial Council considering and awarding the title of "People's Artist", "Artist of Excellence" has just issued Notice No. 02/TB-HDXTNN about the consideration and award of the title "People's Artist", "Artist of Excellence" in the field of 3rd intangible cultural heritage - 2021.

34 out of 36 individuals is proposed to consider and award the title "Artist of the People", "Artist of Excellence" in the field of 3rd intangible cultural heritage - 2021.
Among which, 07 individuals in the form of Quan folk songs are considered and awarded the title ‘People's Artist”; 27 qualified individuals is considered and awarded the title "Excellent Artist", including 20 individuals in the form of Quan Ho folk song; 06 individuals in the form of Tuong; 01 individual in the form of Cheo.
