Average registered capital per newly established enterprise reaches VND 12.21 billion
(BNP) – In 2021, 2,344 enterprises newly registered with a total registered capital of more than VND 28,622 billion, of which, the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 98.14%, ranking the third. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 12.21 billion.

301 enterprises changed their type of operation; 232 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures; 1,031 enterprises registered to suspend operations; 682 enterprises registered to operate again.
Up to now, there are 19,600 enterprises in operation with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 318,182 billion; the average registered capital per enterprise is VND 16.23 billion. Among which, there are 10,934 One-member limited liability companies; 5.194 Limited liability companies with 2 or more members; 2,972 Joint Stock Company; 499 Private enterprises; 01 Partnership company
On the other hand, 1,549 enterprises and 214 affiliated units are temporarily suspended business with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 9,580 billion.
