Bac Ninh city organizes many activities to welcome New Year's Eve for Lunar New Year Giap Thin

The special art program will take place from 9:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. on December 30.

The special art program "Welcoming New Year's Eve for the Lunar New Year Giap Thin 2024" with performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for homeland and country, and welcoming the new spring will take place from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on February 9, 2024 (i.e., December 30, Quy Mao 2023) at Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square, Vu Ninh ward, Bac Ninh city. The program is broadcast live on provincial radio and television.

After the art program, there is an exciting program, a countdown to New Year's Eve and a fireworks display to welcome the New Year, from 11:00 p.m. on February 9, 2024 to 00:00 a.m. on February 10, 2024.

On the other hand, from 5:00 p.m. on February 9, 2024, Bac Ninh City also organizes about 30–40 booths serving street cultural activities: music groups, dance sports, zumba, musical instrument performances; folk games,… for serving the people.

The program aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome the new year and the nation's traditional Tet; encourage cadres, party members, and all strata of people in Bac Ninh City to promote homeland traditions as well as outstanding achievements to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - 2024), thereby, creating a good start for implementing the goals and tasks of economic, cultural, and social development in Bac Ninh city in particular and Bac Ninh province in general in 2024.
