Bac Ninh develops tourism promotion "Bac Ninh - cultural tourism destination of festivals, cuisine and traditional craft villages"
(BNP) – On the morning of December 1, at the Dong Ho Folk Painting Conservation Center (Song Ho ward, Thuan Thanh town), the Provincial Center for Relic Conservation and Tourism Promotion organized a tourism promotion program entitled "Bac Ninh - a cultural tourism destination of festivals, cuisine and traditional craft villages". It aims to promote the cultural heritage of Bac Ninh province to tourists and travel agencies.

Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac, a land rich in historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions, is the birthplace of the Ly Dynasty - the dynasty that opened and developed Dai Viet civilization. Bac Ninh is also known as one of the provinces with a large number and density of relics, of which many famous relics are associated with important historical and cultural events of the country and people.

Bac Ninh currently has 04 intangible cultural heritages inscribed by UNESCO such as: Huu Chap tug-of-war rituals and games; Ca tru; practices related to the beliefs in the Mother Goddesses and Bac Ninh Quan ho folk songs. The unique cultural heritage of Bac Ninh province hold an important position in economic development, especially the province’s tourism economic development.
Travel agencies introduce tours, routes, and tourist attractions in Bac Ninh.
The program featured 16 booths, introducing the unique cultural heritage and traditional craft villages of Bac Ninh including: the heritage of Dong Ho folk painting, Dai Bai bronze casting, Xuan Hoi bamboo and rattan craft, Phu Lang pottery and so on. It also introduced typical culinary products of Bac Ninh such as: Nem Bui, Banh te of Cho village, Dinh To sauce; booths that promote, advertise and connect tours, routes and tourist attractions in Bac Ninh.
In particular, residents and tourists can also admire 50 art photos taken by photographers inside and outside the province depicting Bac Ninh's cultural heritage as well as immerse themselves in the space of Kinh Bac countryside with traditional products; OCOP products; enjoy Quan Ho folk songs and Dong Ngu water puppet and some folk games.
The program lasts for 3 days (from December 1 to December 3, 2023), which is expected to boost and introduce the potential and strengths of Bac Ninh tourism. This is also an activity that contributes to stimulating tourism in Bac Ninh, attracting and increasing the number of domestic and international tourists to travel to the south bank of the Duong River.
