Bac Ninh invests in building a residential area in Dong Ngan ward, Tu Son town

According to the Decision, the housing project in Dong Ngan ward, Tu Son town has a total area of more than 12,300m2. Among which, the housing part is designed to build 55 adjacent houses according to 03 approved housing models in urban design. Each house consists of 05 floors with frame structure, reinforced concrete pile foundation, water supply and drainage system, electricity supply and lightning protection system which is assessed and approved according to regulations.

The item of technical infrastructure has a total investment of more than VND 10.3 billion, including internal roads; clean water supply system; drainage of rain water and wastewater; electricity supply for daily life, electricity for lighting; technical cable culvert system; flower gardens, green trees, sports grounds ... Among which, the project focuses on planting shade green trees, trees for timber combined with trotters, grass; arranging promenades and sports fields, children's playgrounds in greenery areas and flower gardens. Systems of water supply and drainage, electricity, technical cable culvert systems are designed in accordance with technical regulations.

The project of housing area technical infrastructure at 3 level (including technical infrastructure and housing) is invested by Bac Ninh Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company. The time of implementation started from 2021 to 2023.
