Bac Ninh maintains its leading position nationwide in “Traffic Safety for Tomorrow’s Smiles” Contest for 2024-2025 school year

Bac Ninh delegation takes a photo at the Award Ceremony of the Contest which took place on the morning of March 7.

The contest was held online from November to December 2024, attracting the participation of teachers and students of secondary and high schools from 63 provinces and cities across the country.

According to regulations, each Department of Education and Training (except Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) is allowed to send a maximum of 50 candidates to participate; of which, at junior high school and high school levels, each level has 20 students and 05 teachers.

The test content focuses on knowledge of traffic safety, Road Traffic Law and solving problems related to students’ traffic participation, in accordance with the knowledge and skills learned, and appropriate to the students’ age...

As a result, Bac Ninh province had 50 winning entries. Among them, 01 Excellent prize (the whole country had 02 Excellent prizes) belonged to teacher Do Kim Ngan, Tran Quoc Toan Primary and Secondary School, Bac Ninh city. In addition, there were 07 First prizes, 14 Second prizes, 25 Third prizes and 03 Encouragement prizes.

With the above results, Bac Ninh province continues to maintain its leading position nationwide in terms of quantity and quality of awards at the contest. Therefore, it demonstrates the interest of the Education and Training sector in propagating and effectively implementing traffic safety movements among teachers and students, contributing to spreading the spirit of determination to well implement Resolution No. 87-NQ/TU dated March 15, 2023 of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Standing Committee on building a “Traffic Safety Province”.
