Bac Ninh supports Cao Bang Province's Fund for Poor with VND 500 million
(BNP) – On January 23, a delegation of Bac Ninh province led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi visited, extended New Year greetings and presented funds to the Fund for the Poor in Cao Bang province.

Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province; leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and a number of departments, branches and sectors of Cao Bang province.
Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi expressed his joy at the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development, Party building, government, unions, and social security work of Cao Bang province. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, he wished the Party Committee, government, army and people of Cao Bang province many new successes in the new year 2025.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh expressed his pleasure at welcoming the delegation of Bac Ninh province in the days before Lunar New Year. During the year, Cao Bang province's socio-economic development continued to be stable, with 11/17 targets reaching and exceeding the plan. The province's GRDP growth rate was estimated at 6.74%, the poverty rate decreased by 4.67%; total budget revenue reached over VND 2,500 billion; the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province was implemented synchronously, eliminating 6,062 temporary and dilapidated houses, reaching 85.06% of the set target... At the same time, he hoped that the two provinces would continue to cooperate in many areas of strength of the two provinces such as: labor, employment, high-tech agriculture, sustainable tourism, etc.
Leaders of Cao Bang and Bac Ninh provinces provided general information on the socio-economic development, security and defense situation of each locality.
