Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visits and gives Tet gifts in Luong Tai district

(BNP) - On the occasion of Lunar New Year Giap Thin 2024, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Dinh Loi on January 31, visited and gave gifts to people who contributed to the revolution, elderly people, and poor households in Luong Tai district.

Chairman Nguyen Dinh Loi visited and gave Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Can, born in 1925, in Thanh Lam village, An Thinh commune; Doan Thi Ket, born in 1924 (100 years old), in Hoang Kenh village, Trung Kenh commune; and Mr. Duong Van Tuan's family, a poor household in extremely difficult circumstances, in Cuong Trang village, An Thinh commune.

The Chairman kindly encouraged, visited health and sent New Year wishes to Vietnamese heroic mothers, the elderly people, and poor households. He also expressed gratitude for the contributions of the policy families in the revolutionary cause, construction of the homeland and the country. At the same time, he hoped  that families would continue to educate their children and grandchildren to continue the patriotic tradition, strive to study, work, and contribute to the general development of the locality.

The Chairman also requested that the Party Committee, authorities at all levels, and functional branches of Luong Tai district continue to do well in the work of gratitude, regularly pay attention, care, encourage, and create favorable condition for policy families and poor households in particularly difficult circumstances.

Also this afternoon, the Chairman visited and gave gifts at Huong La Charity House, Tan Lang commune, where 41 disabled and orphaned children from 9 provinces and cities are being raised and cared for.

The Chairman visited, encouraged, and gave practical gifts to the children. At the same time, he hoped that Luong Tai District and Huong La Charity House would continue to care and create conditions to provide more for the children.
