Chairman of Provincial People's Committee removes problem of clearance of 3 key transport projects
(BNP) - On the morning of March 19, Mr. Vuong Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference on the progress of the implementation of compensation and site clearance for 3 key transport projects in the province. Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also attended the meeting.
Overview of the conference.
The Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project, the agricultural land area has completed 100% of the recovered area. There are about 8.6 hectares of residential land of 435 households in Bac Ninh city, Que Vo town, Thuan Thanh town.

The project still faces problems with residential land areas, land allocated without authority, and contested farm land that has not yet been handed over.
Regarding the project of routes: Provincial Road (PR) 295C, PR.285B connecting Bac Ninh city through industrial parks with the new National Highway.2; PR.277B connecting to Ha Bac bridge 2, Ring Road 4, currently, there is still a problem with agricultural land area because some households have not received compensation for site clearance, have not yet prepared and approved compensation and support plans due to additional reclaimed areas; 4/8 households have residential land areas that do not agree to the counting; 30 homeless graves have not yet prepared compensation plans...

For the PR.295B project (phase 2) from Le Thai To Street (Bac Ninh city) to Dong Ngan Ward (Tu Son city) under the BT contract form, there is still a problem with the site clearance through the ancient town of Lim (Tien Du) and Vieng Quarter (Tu Son city), due to problems with land origin, people do not accept the compensation unit price...
Concluding the conference, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan requested departments, branches, investors and localities to strengthen coordination and sharing, to remove difficulties and obstacles, and complete site clearance work to hand over the entire project site.
Regarding the Ring Road 4 project, the Chairman requested that, based on regulations, localities implementing site clearance for the remaining area, ensuring maximum benefits for the people, by April 15, the entire project site must be handed over.
For the DT.295B project, the Chairman requested that from now until March 25, Tien Du district and Tu Son city must develop an implementation plan for the remaining area; on March 28, the Department of Construction must synthesize and develop a plan to complete the entire project, phase 2.
For the road projects, the Chairman requested Bac Ninh city to hand over the entire site before April 15.
For Yen Phong district, quickly resolve problems with the area with petitions; assign departments and branches to coordinate in supporting the resolution. The homeless grave must be completed in March.
Regarding residential land, it must be done in parallel with the construction of resettlement areas with convincing people to promptly hand over the site, striving to complete before June 30.
