Delegation of Tay Ninh Province’s People’s Committee visits and works in Bac Ninh

Provincial leaders work with Tay Ninh delegation.

Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Trinh Huu Hung, Chief of Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Trong Tan, Director of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Phuong Bac, Director of Provincial Institute for Socio-Economic Development; leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

At the meeting, participants exchanged and shared experiences for advantages and disadvantages in operation of Bac Ninh Public Administration Center; operational model of District Public Administration Center. Especially, participants also shared solutions in maintaining and improving Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI), Information & Communication Technologies  Index (ICT Index)…

The Tay Ninh delegation highly appreciated the great socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province in recent years as well as affirmed that the opinions at the meeting would be valuable experience for Tay Ninh in building smart city in the future.

After the meeting, the Tay Ninh delegation visited the Bac Ninh City Public Administration Center, Provincial Public Administration Center, the Information Technology and Communication Complex (Department of Information and Communication).
