Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs: 95% of the dossiers are settled before the deadline
(BNP) – According to report of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, in 9 months of 2018, the Department has received 2,121 dossiers of perform administrative procedure from organizations and citizens and resolved 2,047 dossiers, among which, 1,956 dossiers are settled before the deadline, reaching more than 95%.

Accordingly, the field of management of foreign workers in Vietnam has received 1,321 dossiers; the field of people with merits was 725 dossiers; the field of vocational training management was 15 dossiers. The administrative procedures are published and publicly posted at the Provincial Public Administration Center, the headquarters of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the website for organizations and citizens to easy access.
Following the guidance of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has registered some administrative procedures including Declaring equipment and machinery with strict requirements on labor safety; Revoking the work permit of the foreign worker; Renewing employment-service activities license of enterprises in operation of employment services; Renewing employment service permit of enterprise in the field of employment services…
In the coming time, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will continue reforming strongly administrative procedures, simplify and shorten processing time to improve the quality of handling administrative procedures as well as strictly implement the one-stop mechanism, the modern one-stop mechanism as prescribed.
