The Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to lead and coordinate with relevant branches and localities to immediately implement measures to prevent and control avian influenza according to regulations as well as strengthened the inspection and timely took samples for testing avian flu; organized the work of the inspection of animal disease prevention and control in localities under the guidance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The Provincial Steering Committee 389 was assigned to direct and organize to prevent, promptly detect and strictly handle cases of illegal transportation of animals and animal products in the localities under their management, the Chairwoman added.

The People's Committees of districts, town and city shall direct the Agricultural Service Center to guide localities in organizing vaccination for poultry flocks; organize the month of general cleaning, disinfecting the environment in localities to destroy pathogens, the implementation time is from the beginning of February 2020.
