Establish Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park, phase 2

Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park attracts many high-tech enterprises into production.

According to the Decision, Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park, phase 2 has an area of 95.8 ha in the territory of communes including Hoan Son, Phat Tich and Tri Phuong (Tien Du district). The total project investment is VND 1,097 billion.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Joint Stock Company to be an investor in constructing, exploiting and managing the infrastructure in the Industrial Park. The duration of Industrial Park’s operation is 50 years from the date of the first investment certificate in 2010.

Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park was established under the Decision No. 1179/QD-CT dated July 1, 2005 of the Provincial People's Committee, divided into 2 phases, the first phase started construction in July 2005 with the scale of 272 hectares, the total registered investment capital was VND 553.5 billion.

Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park is located in the stereoscopic intersection between Hanoi - Lang Son highway and provincial road 295; about 20km from Hanoi; about 50km from Noi Bai international airport; 135 km from Cai Lan port (Quang Ninh); 130km from Viet Trung border gate (Lang Son) and about 120km from Hai Phong port.
