Leaders works with Indian Embassy in Vietnam

(BNP) - In the afternoon of November 30, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan chaired an online conference with the Indian Embassy in Vietnam about the donation of the symbol of the Great Poet Ta-go which located at the International Friendship Park of Bac Ninh province.

At Indian Embassy’s venue in Hanoi, Deputy Ambassador of India to Vietnam Subhash Prasad Gupta attended and chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Subhash Prasad Gupta expressed his impression of the province’s outstanding socio-economic, especially the attention and support for foreign businesses as well as Indian businesses in Bac Ninh province in the context of Covid-19 outbreak.

With the desire to strengthen ties between Vietnam and India, especially the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India (January 7, 1972 - January 7, 2022), he proposed to present the symbol of the Great Poet Ta-go to Bac Ninh province to place it at the International Friendship Park of Bac Ninh province (Bac Ninh city). The project is expected to be completed in May 2022. At the same time, he further expressed his hope to continue receiving the cooperation between the Embassy of India in Vietnam and Bac Ninh province in the fields of economic development, culture, and training of high-quality human resources.

For his part, Tuan thanked for the attention of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam, especially the policy of presenting the symbol of the Great Poet Ta-go is located at the International Friendship Park of Bac Ninh Province. Currently, many countries are investing in Bac Ninh with the policy of placing symbols and logos at the International Friendship Park of Bac Ninh province. This is a meaningful activity that contributes to enhancing traditional education, understanding and attachment between the people of Bac Ninh province and other countries investing in the province.

Agreeing on the policy of placing the statue of the great poet Tago at the International Friendship Park of Bac Ninh province, Tuan hoped that the Indian Embassy in Vietnam would soon survey the location and have meeting with Bac Ninh’s leaders.

Especially, leaders of Bac Ninh province will join a Vietnamese delegation led by National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue to visit and work in India in mid-December. Through the Embassy of India in Vietnam, he wants to connect to exchange friendship cooperation between Bac Ninh province and the two Indian states of Karnataka and Telangagana during his visit.
