More than 11,000 administrative procedure documents received and processed "5 one-stop-shop"
(BNP) - In the first quarter of 2024, the Provincial Public Administration Center directly guided and received 40,524 new administrative procedure documents, of which 25,198 were received online, accounting for 62.18%; 37,632 documents have been resolved, accounting for 92.86%.

In the first quarter, there were 10 units at the Provincial Public Administration Center receiving and resolving administrative procedures according to the "5 one-stop-shop" mechanism, with a total of 11,048 documents.
