Traditional meeting to celebrate 93rd anniversary of founding Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
(BNP) - On the morning of March 23, the Youth Union and the Liaison Committee of Former Youth Union officials of Tu Son city jointly organized a traditional meeting to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26).

Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen - Sy, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Huu Quat, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of a number of Departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations and Tu Son city along with generations of officials of Tu Son City Youth Union through periods.
At the meeting, delegates reviewed the 93rd anniversary of building and growing up of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (1931 - 2024); reported the operation of the Liaison Committee of Former Officers of Tu Son City Youth Union in 2023, directions and tasks in 2024.
Inheriting and promoting the traditions of the Youth Union over the past 93 years, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in Tu Son city today always closely follows the political tasks, practical situation of the locality and needs of youth, promoting youth strength to participate in revolutionary action movements, thereby, positively contributing to the overall the city’s development. The Youth Union is constantly being consolidated and developed, with 25 Youth Union units on the first day of re-establishment in 1999 and currently 30 Grassroots Unions and affiliated Union Branches.
Established in 2003, up to now, the Liaison Committee of Former Youth Union officials of Tu Son city has gathered 230 former Youth Union officials. The Liaison Committee has actively mobilized officials and members to well comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's legal policies, etc.
On this occasion, Tu Son City’s Youth Union organized the awarding of the Medal "For the Young Generation" of the Central Youth Union to 08 members; the Liaison Committee of Former City Youth Union officials organized the admission of 04 new members and wished longevity to 29 elderly members.
