Provincial Public Security receives more than 100 administrative procedure files for issuing Criminal Records on first day of implementation

(BNP) - On March 3, the Provincial Public Security began implementing the public service of issuing Criminal Records at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

On the first day of implementation, the Provincial Police received over 100 administrative procedure files for granting Criminal Record Certificates, with 70% of the files arriving via the VNeID application.  The administrative procedure handling officers provided specific guidance to some users who had not yet registered for the VNeID application level 2 and did not fully understand the application's online registration procedure.
