Provincial Youth Union visits and gives Tet gifts to children in difficult circumstances

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Association Nguyen Duc Sam present a gift to Nguyen Dinh Dong Phong.

The delegation visited Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh, a student of class 8A at Binh Dinh Secondary School (Luong Tai district), from a poor household, a family with 3 sisters, a father who passed away early, a mother in poor health; Nguyen Dinh Dong Phong, a 1st grade student at Phu Luong Primary School (Luong Tai district), who lives with his grandparents and has kidney disease; and Dinh Hai Yen, a 5th grade student at Mao Dien 2 Primary School (Thuan Thanh town), whose parents passed away early, she lives with her grandparents.

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Duc Sam shared with them the difficulties and encouraged them to overcome their circumstances, make efforts in studying, and rise up in life. At the same time, he wished them and their families a peaceful and happy Tet.

This is a meaningful and practical activity in the Winter-Spring volunteer program, demonstrating the sense of responsibility of the province's youth and contributing to supporting, encouraging, and motivating children in difficult circumstances to enjoy Spring and a warm Tet.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year Giap Thin 2024, the Provincial Youth Union and Provincial Youth Association awarded 32 gifts to disadvantaged children in the province, with a total value of nearly VND 50 million.
